slavoj zizek has introduced many to the psychoanalytic theory of jacques lacan. his works make frequent use of lacanian concepts in formulating key philosophical insights. several years ago i started taking notes in an attempt to map out the framework of lacan's theory; later i found the wiki format to provide an ideal way to study often inter-related terms.
